Fill:

  • 500g unsalted cottage cheese
  • 123g powdered sugar
  • 8gr flour
  • 110g eggs
  • 20g egg yolks
  • 35gr sweet cream

Base:

  • 160 g butter
  • 140g sugar
  • 70g egg yolks
  • 25g boiled, peeled and ground almond
  • 167 g flour
  • 11g baking powder
  • Mix all the ingredients together and bake at 170c for 15 min.

Fruit topping:

  • 300g forest fruit mix
  • 200g sugar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2g gelatin
  • Cook and pour over the fill.

Preparation:

Line up all the layers and put them in a refractory casserole (put baking paper) and pour water over. Bake at 90c for 1 hour. Chill and then freeze the fill.
