Ingredients for 10-12 portions:
- 10-12 forms for brulee - refractory
- 1l neutral cream
- 4dl milk
- 10 egg yolks
- 1 vanilla stick
- 200g sugar
Preparation:
Boil the cream, milk and vanilla. Heat and pour into well whipped yolks with sugar. Mix the mass, drain and leave to cool. Pour into forms - pour water into the pans and line them up and cover with aluminum foil. Put in the oven and bake at 140C for 50 minutes.
