Ingredients for the dough:

  • 250 g flour
  • 25 g sugar
  • vanill sugar
  • 40 g butter
  • lemon peel
  • 10 g yeast
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 dl milk

Cream:

  • 2 dl milk
  • 250 g poppy seeds
  • 50 g bread crumbs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 50 g raisins, a little rum and vanilla

Vanilla sauce:

  • 2,5 dl milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 table spoon of cornstarch
  • 10 g sugar and vanilla

Preparation:

Knead the dough, to develop it and fill it with cooked and chilled cream. Brush with egg and oil and bake at 160C for about 30 minutes.Serve with vanilla cream that is made as a pudding.
