Ingredients:
- 3 eggplants
- 1 table spoon of tahini
- 3 garlic cloves, salt, pepper, lime
Preparation:
Prick the eggplant a fork, add salt and oil well with olive oil and bake. Peel the eggplant, ground it in a blender and add a tablespoon of tahini, grated lime rind, juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper and garlic.
